He is survived by: his daughter Mikayla Durham of Barbourville, KY; his siblings, James Thomas "Tommy" Durham (Andrea) of Brodhead, KY, Linda Lou Durham and Claudia Marie Durham; and his sister-in-law Linda C. Durham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
