He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude W. Shackleford and Ruby Irene Sizemore Shackleford; and his brother Johnathan "Bud" Shackleford. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sue Adams Shackleford; his daughters, Amy Renee Shackleford and Brooke Leann Shackleford (Michael Scott); his granddaughter Madelynn Mae ScottSeven; and his siblings, James Shackleford (Allie) of Jacksonville, FL, Donna Trussell of Geraldine, AL, Juanita Murphy of Cincinnati, OH, Alice Bullen of Crab Orchard, Claude Shackleford, Jr. of Crab Orchard, Paul Shackleford of Crab Orchard, Billy Shackleford of WaynesburgSister and Brenda Shackleford of Eubank.
