She was predeceased by: her parents, Oley Dee Stevens and Sarah Ellen Foley Stevens; and her siblings, Cora Ellen Privit, Joann Yocum, Kenneth Stevens and Archie Stevens.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Hale; her children, Charles Ray Hale (Jamie), Stevie Hale, Keith Hale (Tracy) and Linda Jones of Crab Orchard, KY; and her siblings, Alford Stevens and Virgina "Jenny" Burchett of Stanford, KY. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
