He is survived by: his wife Pauline Eldridge Johnson of Crab Orchard; his children, Keith Caudill (Beth Atwood) of Crab Orchard, KY, Kelvin Johnson (Linda) of Crab Orchard, KY, Billy Johnson (Libby) of Crab Orchard, KY and Karen Turner (Gerald) of Crab Orchard, KY; his grandchildren, Stacy Creech (Rick), Talia Perry (Greg Hibbard), Heather Petrey (Jody), Ryan Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Duane Turner (Alicia) and Billy Johnson, Jr. (Whitney); and his great great grandchildren, Hazel and Kayden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
