He was predeceased by: his son Devin McGovern (Matti); his brother Vince McGovern (Debbie); and his parents, Thomas McGovern and Rita McGovern. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. McGovern; his children, Tom P. McGovern, Shannon Carr and Trish Nagle (Steve); his grandchildren, Alyssa Carr, Spencer Carr, Caroline Nagle and Erin Nagel; and his siblings, Larry McGovern (Sharon), Terry McGovern (Linda) and Kathy Menne (Gary).
