He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Lock and Wanda Inman Lock; his sister Judy Norris; and his grandchild Christian Perez. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Stark Lock of Clinton; his son Ronnie Lock, Jr. (Janey) of Water Valley, KY; his grandchildren, Vic Lock of Water Valley, Katie Burgie (Brandon) of Mayfield and Rachel Lee of Bowling Green, KY; and his sister Lisa Wilkey (Karl) of Clinton. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
