He is survived by: his wife Wilma Callahan Pennington of Manchester, KY.; his children, Elhanan Pennington of Manchester, KY., Phyllis Lewis of Manchester, KY. and Tracy Lewis of Manchester, KY.; his siblings, Elhanan Pennington of Liberty, KY., Lonnie Pennington (Donna), Harold Pennington (Caroline), Darrell Pennington (Liz), Frances Napier of Hazard, KY, Helen Myers of Hazard, KY., Perlina Fugate (Larry), Jewel Harins (Eddy), Essie Pennington of Hazard, KY., Pauline Begley of Hazard, KY. and Eulene Miller (Larry); his grandchildren, Justin, Candace, Steven, Dafinie, Covie and Cameron; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Zoey, Jaxxon and Lucas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & special cousins.
