He was predeceased by: his father Dailey Hyatte; his former wife Alberta Kelley; and his stepdaughter Deanna Caraway. He is survived by: his wife Martha Kelley; his children, Loucinda "Cindy" Lowther (Scott) of Princeton, Deborah Kelley of Sebree, Darron Kelley (Mollie) of Clay and Dorris Kelley (Darrelyn) of Clay; his stepsons, Henry Carroll Phillips (Bernice) of Wheatcroft and Joey Phillips (Debbie) of Providence; his grandchildren, Kelley Butler, Jennifer Richardson, Kimberly Adamson, Joshua Floyd, Jacob Kelley and Anna Kelley Dock; his caregiver Jessica Pemberton; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Lowther, Emily Adamson, Colby Adamson, Christina Hendricks, Micah Pemberton and Olivia Pemberton. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
