Gresham, Jr. (Pam) of Tallahassee, FL; his brothers, Merle Gresham (Betty) of Cerulean, KY and Jerry Lee Gresham (Patsy) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Paul Michael Carter, Mark E. Carter, Samantha L. Gresham, Alicia Steinbrink and Rebecca Draughon.
