He is survived by: his wife Gayle Yates Turner; his daughter Gwen Turner Sledge (Lance) of Bowling Green; his stepsons, Wayne Yates (Angie) of Gracey and Alan Yates (Brooke) of Mount Pleasant, Mich.; his grandchildren, Lauren Groves (Austin), Gabrielle Sledge, Erika Champion (Ethan), Katie Yates, Christopher Yates (Jennifer) and Billy Yates; his great grandchildren, Everly Champion, Zayden Yates, Hunter Yates, Zachary Yates, Wynter Yates, Eden Groves and Ezra Groves; his siblings, Ray Turner (Greta) of Ary, Frances Lancaster of Cerulean, Bettye Blakeley of Cerulean, Lynn King (Gaylon) of Cerulean and Carolyn Lawrence (William) of Cadiz; and his sister-in-law Grace Turner.
