He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie Elizabeth Budias. He is survived by: his wife Judy C. Budias; his children, Jeremy Cannon (Tonia) of Cerulean, KY and Jessica Cannon of Hopkinsville, KY; his brother Ivo Budias of Lexington, SC; and his grandchildren, Cody Noffsinger (Melanie), Chase Noffsinger and Chloe Cannon.
