She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Elkins and Margaret Warren Elkins. She is survived by: her sons, James Hakes (Tonya) of Crofton, KY, Chris Smith of Cerulean, KY, Danny Smith (Jaime) of Cerulean, KY and Joshua Smith (Brandy) of Fruit Hill, KY; and her grandchildren, James Eric Hakes, Jade Hakes, Dixie Smith, Lexie Smith, Kyle Smith, Jayleigh Campbell, Peyton Campbell, Michael Smith, Madison Smith and Gracey Smith.
