With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ricki Lynn Allen of Central City, Kentucky, who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Amy Nickle Allen; his children, Jake Allen and Emmy Allen; his parents, Ronnie Allen and Darlene Allen; and his sister Vicki Allen.

Family and friends who are attending the funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
