She was predeceased by: her daughter Debbie Whitwell; her husband John Whitwell; her parents, Clarence Garrett and Edith Garrett; and her brother Bill Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Sullivan (Jeff) of Owensboro and David Whitwell of Central City; her grandchildren, Ashley Braem (Richie), Brittany Pentecost (Dustyn) and John Camrynn Sullivan; and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Pasynn, Kinsley, Rich, Ryker, Allie Kate, Axten, Cruz and Abby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
