She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Clayton Harvey; and her parents, Murl Gentry and Lillian Gentry. She is survived by: her husband Durward Thomas; her children, Will Harvey of Lexington and Andrea Zimmerman (Patrick) of Athens, AL; her brothers, Jerry Gentry (Vicki) of Henderson, Darrel Gentry (Elizabeth) of Central City and Bill Gentry (Karen) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Lilli, Clay Zimmerman, Trenton, Logen and Spencer Thomas; and her stepsons, Darin Thomas (Lori) and Dewayne Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
