He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis Bailey; his children, Donald Bailey (Connie), James Bailey (Tammy), Tim Allen, Tammy Wilson (Gary) and Mary Bowman (Dewayne Duckett); and his daughter-in-law April Bailey. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
