He is survived by: his wife Shirley Faye Rust Harris of Central City; his daughters, Beverly Scarberry (Phillip) of Paintsville and Karen Whitmer (Paul) of Drakesboro; his grandchildren, Jeffery Scarberry (Nicole) of Paintsville, Justin Mathis (Brittany) of Central City, Brennan Mathis of Central City and Devon Drake (Jesse) of Lake Malone; and his great grandchildren, Lexie Scarberry, Chloe Scarberry, Charlee Crutcher, Malachi Mathis, Kaden Mathis, Paisley Drake and Tinslee Drake.
