She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Lear (Charles) of Central City and Judy Fortney (Jeff) of Central City; her grandchildren, Brad Lear (Lesley) of Henrico, VA and Kacey Fortney of Bowling Green; her siblings, Howard Revlett Jr. (Elaine) of Sacramento, Virginia Stewart (Larry) of Owensboro and Martha Anderson of Owensboro; and her friend Vivian Stobaugh Clark.
