He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jimmy Billy and Bessie Goff Billy; his wife June Goff; his son Mark Bryan Goff (Cassandra); his granddaughter Blair Goff; and his sisters, Patty Latham and Lucy Rule.
Visitation will be Thursday after 11:00AM at the funeral home. to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
