She was predeceased by: her daughter Lora Milligan. She is survived by: her husband Charles Milligan; and her children, Steven Milligan, Zachary Milligan, Charles K. Milligan and Jeana Blue. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
Family and friends who are attending the visitation or funeral service are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
