She was predeceased by: her former husband Timothy Eppenstein. She is survived by: her children, Ann Clarke (Les) of Catlettsburg, KY and William F. Adams Jr. of Catlettsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Emily Clarke of South Point, OH and Cassidy Clarke of Catlettsburg, KY; her siblings, George Bayless (Hazel) of Catlettsburg, KY, Garry Bayless (Margaret) of Catlettsburg, KY and Linda Poplin (Butch) of Catlettsburg, KY; her sister-in-law Dee Bayless of California; her nephew Bill Adams of Catlettsburg, KY; her fiancé Kenny Musser; and her brothers, Tom Bayless and Jerry Bayless. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
