She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Nickell (Linda) of Grassy Creek, Kentucky and Tabatha Ratliff (Michael D.) of Grassy Creek, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Bradley Nickell (Sara), Amberlee Faye (Joel), Mahala Lindon and Tory Prater; her stepgrandsons, Ryan Ratliff, Aaron Ratliff and Matthew Ratliff; her great grandchildren, Selena Nickell, Ella Nickell, Jacob Faye and Anna Faye; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Grayson Ratliff and Jaxson Ratliff; and her brother Mitchell Phipps (Billie) of Grassy Creek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
