He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Bailey and Louise Cassidy Elliott; his grandson Josh Stahley; and his siblings, Henry Elliott, Hester Moore, Christine O'Neal and Lorene Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Faye Stahley (Charles) of Campton, Betty Sparks of West Liberty, Kentucky and Janice Johnson (Patrick) of West Liberty, Kentucky; and his siblings, James Elliott of Fairborn, Ohio and Reba Ison of Huber Heights, Ohio.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
