With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Edward Gates (Campton, Kentucky), born in Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gus Edward and Mary Elizabeth Gates (Monnin); his wife Joette; his children, Kelly (Kurt), Tony (Rhonda), Steven and Mark (Amy); his grandchildren, Kate, Kyle, Morgan, Bradly, Andrew, Cody, Kaleb, Aleesha, Noah and Shelby; and his great grandchildren, Addiline and Lincoln.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to Spay It Forward, P.O. 653, Beattyville, Kentucky 41311 for their free spay and neuter program in eastern Kentucky.
