She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Lykins and Parthenia Long Lykins; her husband Dorsey Tolson; her granddaughter Dena Renee Pence; and her siblings, Ralph Lykins, Emeral Lykins, Denzil Lykins, Delmar Lykins, Jr., Thelma Jean Lykins and Gertrude Lacy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Birdena Peck Phipps (Rondall) of Campton, Janice Siders (Ben) of Campton and Ruth Etta Tolson of Stanton, Kentucky; and her siblings, Hobert Lykins of Campton, Kentucky, Alfred Lykins of Campton, Kentucky, Monell Spencer of Campton and Mildred Bowman of Wellington, Kentucky.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
