Manning and Henrietta Helton Fletcher; his stepparents, Tim of Campton, Kentucky and Carolyn of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; his sisters, Nicole McGuire (Todd) of Jeffersonville and Sammy Jo Manning of Hillsboro, Kentucky; his stepsisters, Brandy Fletcher of Jackson and Amanda Manning of Scottsburg, Indiana; his nephews, Quinten McGuire, Brady McGuire, Cayden Smallwood, Jeffery Hamm and Cameron Seth Manning; and his niece Molly Jade Manning.
