She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Sr. Patton and Edith Taulbee Patton; her husband Edgar Tyra; her son Cecil Tyra; her siblings, Buford Patton, Lee Patton, Richard Patton, Kenneth Patton, Ernie Patton, Jr., Zelma Combs, Exie Beasley, Otella Carson, Daisy Martin and Bernice Howell; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Tyra.
She is survived by: her children, Delmar Tyra (Sue) of Campton, Monroe Tyra (Cathy) of Campton, Lloyd Tyra of Waco, Kentucky, Delsie Dickey (Dowie) of Bethany, Delphia Baldwin (Barry) of Valeria, Kentucky and Wilma Hurt; and her sisters, Alene Wells of Frankfort, Prisella Collins of Cincinnati and Patricia Alexander of Campton. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; twenty eight great-grandchildren; nine step great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
