He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Taulbee and Eunice Dickey Taulbee; his wife Anna Mae Brashears Taulbee; and his siblings, Ruben Taulbee, Donald Joe Taulbee, Kenneth Dickey and Theresa Hill.
He is survived by: his children, James David Taulbee, Jr. (Angie) of Winchester, Kentucky, Eunice Crain (Andy) of Campton and JoAnna Havens (Mike) of Winchester, Kentucky; and his sister Anna Wilson of Louisville, Kentucky.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
