Combs Banks of Campton, Kentucky; his daughter Carol Sue Forster of Campton, Kentucky; his grandsons, Derrick Wayne Forster and Ricky Lee Forster; his great grandchild Remington Glenn Forester; and his siblings, Wayne Banks of Campton, Geneva Tolson (Bob) and Mary Linkous.
