He was predeceased by: his parents, James Feltner and Hazel Roberts Feltner; his former wife Myrtle Mae Moore Feltner; his daughters, Beatrice King and Elizabeth Aiken; his grandson Terry Wesley; and his siblings, Willie Feltner, James Feltner, Howard Feltner, Vernon Feltner, Bonnie Brandenburg and Bernice Rentz.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Feltner of Dayton, Ohio; his children, Edward Feltner (Carol) of Miamisburg, Don Feltner (Veronica) of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Doreatha Coffman (Marlyn) of Elizabethtown, Nora Alice Spencer (David) of Campton and Marsha Wesley of South Shore, Kentucky; and his siblings, Bobbie Feltner of Monticello, Randy Feltner of Wauconda, Illinois, Norma Willis of Marion, Joanne Mullins of Mineral Wells and Patty Donile of Hazel Green, Kentucky.. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; eighteen great-great-grandchildren.
