He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nickell Spencer of Campton, Kentucky; his children, Edwin Ray Spencer of Lexington, Michael Lynn Spencer (Judy) of Campton, Kevin Joy Spencer of Winchester, Kentucky and Crystal Shawn Spencer of Irvine, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kristina Lynn Finch, Coty Spence, Rhiannon Paige Spencer, Nathaniel Miller, Willow Dawn Spencer, Clayton Edwin Spencer and Mason Shawn Miller; his great grandchild William Finch Jr.; and his siblings, Danny Tolson of Campton, Velma Daniels of Campton, Geneva Tolson of Campton, Mary Perry of Campton and Christine Spencer of Winchester.
