Lykins of Campton, Kentucky; her stepdaughters, Kathy Fisher of Campton and Carolyn Brewer of Rogers, Kentucky; and her siblings, Larry Creech of Trent, David Creech of Wellington, Kentucky and Judy Wells of Wellington, Kentucky. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
