It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Maggard (Campton, Kentucky), born in Rogers, Kentucky, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jane Spencer Adams and Jesse Watson Adams; and her siblings, James E. Adams, Maurice C. Adams, John Porter Adams, Ronnie Adams, Jesse L. Adams, Emma L. Kain, Flossie E. O'Bryant, Sallie M. Heflin, Reva Milligan, Ruth E. Burchett, Vanita Jo Moon and Ruby G. Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Douglas Maggard; her sons, Norman D. Maggard Jr., Barry Maggard (Jeanie) of Christiansburg, VA, Darrell Maggard of Nashville, TN and Jeff Maggard of Nashville, TN; and her sister Francis M. Whaling (Phillip) of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
