She is survived by: her parents, Scott Bush and Anita Dunn Bush of Campton, Kentucky; her husband Keith Moore; her children, Tyler Keith Moore of Campton, Kentucky and Kelsey Lynn Moore of Campton, Kentucky; and her sisters, Renee Williams (Shane) of Hazel Green, Leslie Maschino (Glenn) and Martina Carroll (Jason) of Campton, Kentucky.
