She is survived by: her husband Scott Bush of Campton, Kentucky; her daughters, Leslie Maschino (Glen) of Campton, Martina Carroll (Jason) of Campton and Renee Williams (Shane) of Hazel Green, Kentucky; her siblings, Doug Dunn (Teresa) of Campton, Kentucky, Phyllis Dunn of Campton and Sherry Brewer (Jerry) of Huntsville; and her pet Duke. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
