She is survived by: her daughters, Amber Nicole Mattingly of Lebanon and Ariel Renee Mattingly of Lebanon; the father of her children David Mattingly of Lebanon; her granddaughters, Aliyah Christine Wilson of Lebanon and Ava Jordyn Wilson of Lebanon; her siblings, Russ Beckham (Larissa) of Harrodsburg and Robin Frisby of Lebanon; and her nephews, Zak Frisby (Mackenzie) of Maryland and Daniel Frisby of Kansas.
