He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley Garrett and Pauline Sallee. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Gale Garrett and Debbie Jo Garrett (Clark); and his children, Jaxon Garrett of Campbellsville and Aliyah Garrett of Campbellsville.
