Payne of Campbellsville, Kentucky, born in Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bright and Mary Catherine Bright (Miles); her husband Travis Payne, Sr.; her son Jason Eric Payne; and her brother Billy Bright.
She is survived by: her son Travis Payne, Jr. (Debbie); her sisters, Mary Jane "Janie" Phillips and Fran Bright; her grandchildren, Tyler, Veronica, Colby Payne and Jaclyn Ellis; her great grandchild Charlotte Ellis; her uncle Jim Miles; and her close friends, Patricia and Dennis Roy.
