She is survived by: her sons, Robbie West (Tammy) of Taylorsville and Jason West of Utica; her grandchildren, Shelby Vest (Skylar) of Louisville, Brandon West of Bardstown and Ryan West of Taylorsville; her siblings, Juett Gibson, Jr. of Owensboro, Eva Blake (Stephen) of Lexington and Beatrice Hall of Owensboro; and her nieces and nephews, Julie Maxwell (Roger), Brittany Byrne (Kyle), Dr. David Blake and Matthew Hall (Taylor).
