He is survived by: his wife Vickie Smith; his sons, Nathan Blumenschein (Chasity) and Jerry Whitehead; his siblings, Sue Deason, Carla Ayer, Peggy Kincer, Tommy Gilliam and Marcus Smith; and his parents, Mary Smith and Bobby Smith. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
