He is survived by: his children, Leslie Mincy of Island and Danielle Benningfield of Oak Grove; his mother Emma Lou Mincy of Calhoun; his siblings, David Mincy of Calhoun, Ernie Mincy (Kimberly) of Owensboro, Susie Wilson (Steve) and Karen Troutman; and his grandchildren, Zara, Savannah, Solomon and Emma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
