She is survived by: her husband Leslie Clark of Cadiz, KY; her daughter Racheal Gore Murphy (Steve) of Adairville, KY; her sisters, June Barlow of Cadiz, KY, Patsy Post of Nixa, MO and Julie Maggart; her grandchild Whitney Gore; and her sister Erin Murphy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
