She is survived by: her husband Dan Green of Cadiz, KY; and her children, Tim Jones of Hopkinsville, KY, Daniel, Bill White (Chellsie) of Cadiz, KY, John and Misty Ray of Cadiz, KY. She is also survived by BROTHER: Kenneth Mays, Indiana, SISTER.
