He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Burnam and Eunice Mitchell Burnam; and his siblings, Willis Burnam, Carl Burnam, Phyllis Burnam and Eunice Earl Burnam.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Hampton Burnam of Cadiz; his siblings, Ray Burnam, Sr. of Cadiz, Shirley Cook of Princeton, KY and Jean Calhoun of Cadiz; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Heath (Steve) of Cadiz and Carolyn Burnam of Hopkinsville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
