He is survived by: his wife Sharon Pyle Carneyhan of Cadiz; his children, Will Carneyhan (MaKayla) of Elkton, Lisa Duke (Travis) of Cadiz and Ambra Summerfield (Robert) of Cadiz; his grandchildren, Nathan Carneyhan, Dalton Duke, Josh Duke, Justin Duke and Casen Carneyhan; and his siblings, Bobby Carneyhan (Sandy) of Cerulean, Louise Delawson of Clarksville and Tenn.
