He is survived by: his children, Jason Crisp (Laura) of Hopkinsville, KY, Jonathon Crisp (Susan) of Cadiz, KY, Leah Crisp of Cadiz, KY and Jarrott Crisp (Amber) of Cadiz, KY; his grandchildren, Skyler, Lexie, Justin, Austen, Brandon, Nathan, Daisy, Mackenzie, Kailee, Jordan, Caden, Gunnar, Hannah and Carson; his great grandchild Declan (Mike Crisp); and his parents, Elwood Crisp and Clara Nell Bridges Crisp.
