He is survived by: his stepdaughter Joan Oliver (Johnnie) of Cadiz, KY; his siblings, John Dall (Ginger) and Joyce Armstrong of Mayfield, KY; his grandson John Oliver (Cathy) of Cadiz, KY; his great grandchildren, John Thomas Oliver (Carla) of Kevil, KY and Rachel Perez of Cadiz, KY; his great great grandchild Haisley Oliver; and his great grandchildren, Lynnett Perez and RJ Perez.
