She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Robert Ivy and Estalee Sayre Ivy; and her brother Bobby J. Ivy. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Tyler of Cadiz; her children, Jeff Tyler (Sherry) of Cadiz, Jason Tyler (Melissa) of Elkton, KY and Lisa Tyler Helm (Randy Taylor) of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Ashton Holder, Sarah Tyler, Sophie Tyler, Matthew Helm, Laura Helm and Ana Perez; and her great grandchildren, Kyle Holder, Zachary Holder, Gracie Helm, Teresa Helm, Logan Herndon, Daisy Helm, Matthew Helm, Jr., Alexa McGregor, Alyah McGregor and Victor Perez.
