We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Cindy Cook of Cadiz, Kentucky, born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Grant and Julia Townley Grant; and her son Jeremy Ross Cook. She is survived by: her husband Terry Ross; her daughter Leslie Anne Cook (Stephen Taylor) of Cadiz, KY; and her mother-in-law Marcella Cook of Crofton.

The family is requesting that everyone wear a mask.
