She is survived by: her mother Kimberlye Allen (Oatts) of Cadiz, KY; her husband Jeffrey Hemp of Cadiz, KY; her sons, Andrew Kiemoni Lee Hemp, Anthony Clyde Lee Hemp, Tate Anthony Hemp and Colton Lee Hemp (Hannah) of Hopkinsville, KY; her siblings, Alexis Rodriguez of Cadiz, KY, Autumn Baker of Hopkinsville, KY and Jordan Castile (Emily) of Hopkinsville, KY; her stepfather Chuck Kasperski of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandparents, Barbara Oatts of Hopkinsville, KY, Betty Jo Allen of Cadiz, KY and Ray Kasperski of Cary, IL; and her grandchildren, Jaymison Hemp and Kaesyn Hemp.
